Gorgonzola Chicken Pizza Recipe
You may be aware that lately I’ve been working on a Pizza Cookbook, which is pretty close to getting published on Amazon. In the meantime I thought it would be a great idea to whet your whistle, so to speak, with some great pizza recipes that I’ve come across.
This particular one is not in my cookbook, so you can consider this an extra special bonus. In fact, over the coming days and weeks I will probably add a bunch more pizza recipes that I just couldn’t fit into my cookbook, so you will be able to benefit with some free recipes available right here on my blog
I hope you enjoy it!

2 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Pepper; freshly ground
2 ts Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic; sliced

1 Pizza base (double size)
3/4 lb Chicken breast; cut into strips
1/4 lb Gorgonzola cheese; crumbled
2 tb Parmesan cheese; grated

Gorgonzola-Chicken Pizza Preparation
Preheat the oven to 250C (450F).
With 2 tsp oil, grease a 14-inch pizza pan; sprinkle with cornmeal.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter in the remaining oil. Then sauté the chicken, sage, pepper and salt for 3 minutes. Remove from the skillet.
In drippings, saute onions and garlic 3 minutes.
Carefully pat the dough into the pizza pan; fold edges under 1/4 inch. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with onions, then chicken and cheeses; bake 10 minutes, until golden.
