Marinated BBQ Pork Chops Recipe
Recipe Serves: 6
Ingredients for Marinated BBQ Pork Chops Recipe
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Dry white wine
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1 tb Salt
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Pepper
6 Bay leaves; halved
6 – 8 (1-inch thick) pork chops
Marinated Barbecued Pork Chops Preparation
Combine all ingredients except pork chops in a 9×13 baking dish, mixing well. Add the pork chops to the marinade.
Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Remove pork chops from marinade and place about 4 to 5 inches above medium coals.
Grill for 30 to 45 minutes or until chops are no longer pink, turning and basting occasionally.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
This is one of those easy dinner recipes that go well with many different kinds of sides, try it with some mashed potatoes and seasonal green vegetables, or with a salad at a barbeque with some friends!
